I try to do my best for my patients. I have come to realize however that, as in any and all human relationships, there can be a missed communication, a misunderstanding, or an expectation that has not been met. I emphasize with all my patients (and I re-emphasize it here) that if you, my patient, are unhappy or unsatisfied for any reason, please tell me. It after talking to me, I have failed to make it right, then tell the world.
